Visit Visa

Foreign citizens who wish to visit to the USA, Canada and Australia temporarily must first obtain a visa. Those coming as tourists, to visit friends or relatives, for medical treatment or to conduct business, must obtain a visitor’s visa. Such visas are normally issued up to a period of 3 months to 10 years.

Requirements:

  • Have a valid travel document, such as a passport
  • International travel history for the past five years (Have 3-4 country visit).
  • Be in good health
  • Convince an immigration officer that you have ties—such as a job, home, financial assets or family—that will take you back to your home country
  • Have enough money for your stay
  • Medical exam

 Proof of financial support:

You must prove that you can support yourself and the family members who accompany you while you are in visited country.

Inadmissibility:

Some people are not allowed to get visa. There are many reasons we may not let you into Canada, such as:

  • You are a security risk,
  • You have committed human or international rights violations,
  • You have been convicted of a crime, or you have committed an act outside Canada that would be a crime,
  • You have ties to organized crime,
  • You have a serious health problem,
  • You have a serious financial problem,
  • You lied on your application or in an interview,
  • You do not meet the conditions in Canada’s immigration law, or
  • One of your family members is not allowed into Canada.
